I'm Noe Johnson, a licensed Massage Therapist (MAT-8369) since 2004, and a passionate advocate for balanced living. I firmly believe in the transformative power of a well-rounded lifestyle, mindful movement, rejuvenating body treatments, moments of peaceful stillness all to promote healing within the body and mind

 

My journey in holistic wellness has led me to become a Certified Bars and Energetic Facelift Practitioner through Access Consciousness. These energy-based treatments are my specialty, aimed at helping clients release stress, enhance clarity, and facilitate personal transformation.

 

To complement my bodywork expertise, I'm also a Corrective Exercise Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). This allows me to address physical imbalances and guide my clients towards improved posture and movement patterns.

 

My integrated approach combines massage therapy, energy work, and corrective exercise. I tailor each session to my client's individual needs and goals, creating a comprehensive care experience.
